Thanks for dropping my my page! I would like to take a few minutes
and tell you my testimony, and about my call into Music Ministry.
I was saved in 4th grade at a large evangelistic event in Sacramento, CA. I vividly remember the parable the preacher told, of a man who let Jesus into his physical house. Jesus began tearing down everything, and when he was finished, replaced everything in the man’s life, from the flooring to the furniture. Even as a child I understood my need for this revitalization, and decided to go forward and ask Jesus to be the Lord of my life.
I felt my call into music ministry in a rural baptist church somewhere in Ohio. I was travailing with Living Proof / Primary Focus at the time, and was participating in Sunday Morning worship. I had known for may years that I wanted to go into full time ministry, but my reasons were always that it felt like a fit, and it was really all I knew to do. Where, or what, or how was a mystery to me. This Sunday, however, while the churches worship team played “You are Holy” by Michael W. Smith, I felt the Lord so strongly impress upon my heart that what they were doing, was what I was suppose to do. After that Sunday, I told my team that I was called into Worship ministry, and I haven't looked back yet!
